The "mirror" feature isn’t working

You technically do not have to allow the app to access the camera, but the majority of the app’s activities do indeed make use of the "mirror" feature. Your child will be missing out on a significant portion of the app’s features.

APPLE (iPhone, iPad)

When you first access the app, it asks you for camera permission. If you say "Don't Allow", the camera feature is not enabled. So if the mirror feature doesn't work, you have probably turned the camera access off. To fix this problem, go to your device’s "Settings" -> "Privacy" -> "Camera" ->, find the Speech Blubs app on the list, and tap the button on the right to enable camera access.

ANDROID DEVICES:

You probably have the camera turned off on your device or for this specific app. To fix this problem, go to your device’s "Settings" -> “Apps” -> Speech Blubs -> Permissions -> find the Camera on the list and tap the button on the right to enable camera access.
